Online Jesus Film Reaches Persecuted Nations in Southeast Asia and Beyond

Revelation Media announced the results from its six-month campaign where it intentionally and strategically targeted spreading its Real Story of Jesus short film to persecuted nations.

The media group used social media advertising to spread the reach of the film. Results from the six-month campaign include the following:

  • More than 825,000 people watched the film across Southeast Asian countries like the Maldives, China, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Nepal, as well as Iran, India, Turkmenistan, Pakistan, Iraq, Somalia, Sudan, Afghanistan— all countries known for their significant persecution of Christians.
  • The film was shown and translated into 51 languages.
  • More than 81,000 people indicated a decision to follow Christ after watching the film.

Revelation Media has now indicated that it wants to run another six-month campaign to share the film even more, including in more nations where Christians are persecuted for their faith in Christ.
